RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the development and implementation of innovative curriculum and teaching strategies for the IGCSE program (and possibly A Level) for Maths and PhysicsOverseeing assessment and examination processesMonitor, evaluate and provide guidance and support to teaching staffFacilitate professional development opportunitiesTeaching Maths (and ideally Physics) as relevant (maximum 20 contact hours per week)Class tutorReview and enhance the IGCSE timetable and continuity of provision throughout the schoolMonitor and track student progress and implement interventions as necessaryCollaborate with school management to align the IGCSE program with the school’s strategic goalsFoster a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and continuous improvement within the academic staff and student body.
