Head of Project Management - Solar PV

Overview:

Inuka is working with a leading renewable energy company seeking a Head of Project Management. The role will provide senior oversight across project development and delivery, working with technical, commercial, and operational teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead project management strategy and delivery across the portfolio.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, risks, and performance.
• Lead and develop project management teams.
• Coordinate with technical, commercial, procurement, and external stakeholders.
• Drive consistent project governance, reporting, and delivery standards.
• Support the successful execution of projects across the business.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of project management experience within renewable energy, infrastructure, construction, or a related sector.
• Proven experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects and teams.
• Strong project controls, commercial, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience across the full project lifecycle preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness and availability to relocate to the Philippines.
