Account Management & Client Relationships

- Build and maintain strong relationships with technical and executive stakeholders at client organisations including banks, telcos, and large retailers
- Identify opportunities to deepen engagement, expand managed service adoption, and cross-sell across solution pillars
- Collaborate with the commercial team on renewals, proposals, and managed service contract expansions
Business Acumen & Strategic Contribution
- Contribute to the company's revenue growth strategy, with a focus on MRR growth through managed service retainer conversion
- Support bid and tender responses by leading technical content, solution design, and compliance documentation
- Evaluate and recommend new vendor partnerships, technology investments, and service line extensions
- Represent the company at industry events, vendor forums, and client briefings as a technical thought leader
- Work closely with the CEO on strategic planning, technology roadmap, and resource allocation
