Job descriptions & requirements
- Provide nursing care to patients in home care settings.
- Maintain highest standards of patient safety, clinical practice and ethics.
- Provide multidimensional home care to patients of all ages and to create care plans to achieve goals based on the patient’s diagnosis.
- Performing general nursing duties, such as checking vital signs, administering medicine, dressing wounds, and checking the general health of a patient.
