Job summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Administration Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about Human Resources and administration, eager to learn, and able to support daily HR and office operations efficiently.

Job descriptions & requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support attendance tracking, leave management, and filing of staff documents.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and administrative reports.
  • Coordinate office administration activities and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Support employee engagement and internal communication initiatives.
  • Handle general administrative duties such as document preparation, filing, and data entry.
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee and company information.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and Kenyan labour laws is an added advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in HR and administration.
