JOB SUMMARY

Are you passionate about people, culture and building positive workplace experiences? Do you have a keen interest in Human Resource Management and want hands-on experience in a dynamic hospitality environment? We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our HR & Culture team and gain practical exposure in a fast-paced work environmentQualificationsRecently completed a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related fieldBasic understanding of HR principlesGood communication and interpersonal skillsHigh level of confidentiality and integrityProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)Organized, proactive and willing to learnAre you that person? send your CV now to the Email provided "HR Intern."

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in recruitment processes (shortlisting, interview scheduling, candidate communication)Support onboarding and employee documentationMaintain and organize employee files (physical and digital)Assist with leave tracking and HR data managementSupport payroll preparation documentationParticipate in employee engagement initiativesProvide general administrative support to the HR department

REQUIRED SKILLS

Candidate and personnel background checks, Employee relations and consultations, Organize and manage recruitment campaigns, Office supplies management, Human resource and personnel development

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Diploma, Associate's degree
