JOB SUMMARY

This internship is designed as a structured learning opportunity for students or recent graduates interested in building a career in Human Resources. The intern will gain practical exposure to real workplace HR processes while being guided, coached, and mentored by experienced HR professionals.This is not just an administrative role, but a hands-on learning experience aimed at developing foundational HR knowledge, professional skills, and workplace confidence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

During this internship, you will gain exposure to:How recruitment and selection works in a real organization.How employee records are managed and why compliance matters.How HR supports employee engagement, training, and wellbeing.The role of HR in policy implementation and workplace discipline.Professional workplace communication and confidentiality standards.Use of HR tools, trackers, and systems.
