HRBP – Technology Manufacturing
Location: Nairobi, Kenya
Position: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Industry: Technology / Manufacturing
Candidates MUST have HRBP experience within the technology manufacturing, electronics manufacturing, industrial technology, or closely related manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities
1. Full-Process Talent Management
- Lead regional talent planning and recruitment activities.
- Manage employee training, performance evaluation, and career development.
- Support workforce planning and ensure the right talent is available to meet business needs.
2. Team Capacity Building
- Establish and develop a regional talent cultivation system.
- Implement performance evaluation and employee incentive mechanisms.
- Optimize talent pipelines and succession planning.
3. Employee Relations & Culture
- Maintain positive employee relations and address employee concerns and demands.
- Support conflict resolution and employee engagement.
- Promote company culture and integration across multicultural teams.
4. Compliance & HR Policy Management
- Ensure HR operations comply with applicable local labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement appropriate regional HR policies.
- Manage policies related to compensation and benefits, attendance, leave, and other employment matters.
5. Regional Administration
- Support regional administrative operations and coordination.
- Coordinate HR and administrative matters across the local organization.
- Work closely with management and relevant stakeholders to support business operations.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong English communication skills.
Professional Experience
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
- Minimum 3 years of HRBP or related experience.
- Mandatory experience in the technology manufacturing / manufacturing industry.
- Strong recruitment and talent acquisition experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the full HR management lifecycle.
- Experience managing multicultural or cross-cultural teams.
- Previous experience working with foreign or multinational companies is preferred.
Professional Skills
- Strong knowledge across major HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, training, and talent management.
- Good understanding of Kenyan labor laws and employment regulations.
- Experience with compensation and benefits systems.
- Strong understanding of talent management and workforce development strategies
