Job Description:

We are seeking a Human Operations Resource Manager with exceptional leadership, professionalism, and business management skills to oversee and optimize our day-to-day business operations. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency, productivity, and well-being of our workforce while aligning with organizational goals and objectives.


Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Team Management: Lead and inspire a team of operations personnel to achieve operational excellence and foster a positive work environment.

2.Business Operations Oversight: Oversee all aspects of day-to-day business operations, including but not limited to resource allocation, workflow management, and process improvement initiatives.

3. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support the organization's goals and objectives.

4. Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, employee relations, and career development.

5. Oversee recruitment and hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.

6. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop strategies for attracting and retaining top talent.

7. Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are integrated into the organization effectively.

8.Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed to support professional growth and development. 

Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. 

Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

Drive initiatives to promote a positive work culture and enhance employee engagement and morale.

9. Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner.

Develop and execute business strategies that support organizational growth and success.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and managing day-to-day HR operations.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations, with a commitment to maintaining compliance. 
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
