The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will support the Group’s Sales & Distribution organisation across sales channels. This role is critical in driving a high-performance sales culture, strengthening talent pipelines, and ensuring that the people strategy directly supports revenue growth, market expansion, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced FMCG.

Job descriptions & requirements

  • Partner with sales leadership to align HR initiatives with commercial objectives (volume growth, market coverage, productivity), providing strategic HR support across sales teams. 
  • Advise leaders on workforce planning, organisation design, and team optimisation.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for sales roles, ensuring timely hiring of high-quality talent in line with expansion plans. 
  • Support workforce planning based on route-to-market and territory strategies.
  • Drive performance management frameworks aligned to FMCG KPIs and support sales managers in target setting, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans. 
  • Ensure discipline and consistency in performance tracking across regions and channels.
  • Identify capability gaps across sales teams and design targeted training interventions, supporting development of frontline sales competencies
  • Develop structured career paths across sales functions, identifying high-potential employees, and build succession pipelines for critical roles.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies, supporting disciplinary processes, employee relations, and grievance handling. 
  • Maintain accurate HR data and reporting for decision-making.
  • Support implementation of new sales structures, territories, and operating models, leading communication and employee transition processes during restructuring or expansion.
  • Partner with leadership to drive adoption of new processes and ways of working.
