Human Resources Intern

Position: HR Intern – Twyford International Kenya

Twyford International, a leading manufacturer of ceramic tiles and sanitary ware with a strong presence across Africa, is looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our team in Kajiado and support our growing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support onboarding and employee documentation

• Maintain and update HR records and databases

• Assist in attendance tracking processes

• Handle filing and proper organization of HR documents

• Support employee engagement and welfare activities

• Provide general administrative support to the HR department

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field

• At least 1 year of relevant experience post-graduation

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

• Good communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• High level of confidentiality and professionalism
