Key
responsibilities
- Supervise
and coordinate daily activities of the HVAC team, including task
assignment, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
- Conduct
routine checks and maintenance of all BMS and HVAC systems to ensure
proper functionality.
- Diagnose,
repair, and replace faulty BMS or HVAC equipment to maintain optimal
performance.
- Monitor
HVAC control systems via BMS for efficiency and energy optimization.
- Ensure
calibration and validation of instruments and equipment as per
schedule.
- Train,
mentor, and guide HVAC technicians on best practices in
installation, operation, and troubleshooting.
- Manage
inventory of tools, materials, and spare parts for timely project
execution.
- Maintain
accurate documentation of maintenance, service logs, and equipment
history.
- Support management with maintenance updates and technical reports.
Qualifications
& Experience:
- Degree
in Mechanical/Electrical or Engineering or related field.
- Must
be certified in Instrumentation engineering.
- Minimum
of 5 years’ experience with 2 years in supervision and experience
in installation, maintenance and troubleshooting in a factory /plant
setting
- Strong
knowledge of BMS operations, calibration, and HVAC validation
processes.
- Excellent leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
