Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:
Improved Customer Experience:
- Clean and maintain a property to the highest cleaning standards.
- Identify and report maintenance issues & pest attacks that might lead to customer dissatisfaction.
- Address and interact with residents in a professional manner promoting a care DNA culture.
Operational Excellence.
- Report to work in time and as per work schedule.
- Adhere to SOPs and policies provided and observe health and safety standards in all cleaning activities.
- Efficient use of quality control tools provided.
- Proper use of working equipment by ensuring adequate use, clean them after use and report any repairs needed.
- Execute any spring cleaning/deep cleaning activities scheduled by the immediate supervisor.
Cost optimization.
- Adequate & proper use of cleaning materials & detergents.
- Report any inefficient cleaning materials or detergents that would lead to wastage.
