We are looking for a #Partnerships, #Placement & #Growth #Coordinator — the person who takes every graduate we produce and makes sure they land somewhere real. Internships. Attachments. Jobs.

That is your mandate.

You will also recruit students, source industry trainers, build employer relationships, and grow the ifiX name in the market.

It is not an office role. It is not a wait-to-be-told role. It is a build-something role.

The pay is a Ksh 10,000 monthly retainer plus performance pay across five components.

A coasting person earns Ksh 10,000 and feels it. A delivering person earns Ksh 25,000–35,000 and beyond.

What we need from you:

✦ 2–4 years in sales, partnerships, HR, or training coordination

✦ A real network — not a claimed one

✦ Comfort with performance pay — proven, not promised

✦ Based in or around Thika / Nairobi

✦ Age 24–38
