Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $100,000 – $180,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.

Role Overview

We are hiring an Independent Consultant to lead client engagements end-to-end. The role spans diagnosis, recommendation, and implementation — bringing structured thinking and hands-on delivery to client problems.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead client engagements from scoping through delivery

- Conduct diagnostic analyses and develop strategic recommendations

- Build models, frameworks, and decision tools tailored to each client

- Run executive workshops and present recommendations to client leadership

- Manage client relationships and identify follow-on opportunities

- Contribute to firm IP and methodology development

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 5+ years in management consulting or equivalent operating experience

- Track record of delivering high-impact client engagements

- Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving

- Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence

- Experience leading workstreams and managing junior team members

- MBA or advanced degree preferred
