We're hiring a Tier 1 IT Helpdesk / MSP Support Agent #Kenya
At Solvo Global, we're looking for someone with 1–2 years of experience in IT Support / Helpdesk / MSP / HSIA.
📍 Nairobi, Kenya
🏠 On-site
🗣️ English C1
🧠 Key Requirements:
- Experience in IT Support / Helpdesk / MSP environments
- Knowledge of Windows and macOS
- Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi)
- Experience with Active Directory and user management
- Experience using ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk, ConnectWise)
💡 Nice to have:
- Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL or Microsoft Fundamentals
- Experience with Microsoft 365, RMM tools or cybersecurity basics
