We're hiring a Tier 1 IT Helpdesk / MSP Support Agent #Kenya


At Solvo Global, we're looking for someone with 1–2 years of experience in IT Support / Helpdesk / MSP / HSIA.


📍 Nairobi, Kenya

🏠 On-site

🗣️ English C1


🧠 Key Requirements:

  1. Experience in IT Support / Helpdesk / MSP environments
  2. Knowledge of Windows and macOS
  3. Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi)
  4. Experience with Active Directory and user management
  5. Experience using ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk, ConnectWise)


💡 Nice to have:

  1. Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL or Microsoft Fundamentals
  2. Experience with Microsoft 365, RMM tools or cybersecurity basics
