JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for onboarding, trainingand performance management of minimum installers. Tracking job ticket status andmaterial inventory for installations, repairs and maintenance.The position is open in the followinglocations: Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Eldoret, Nakuru.Kindly indicate your preferred location in your application.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate with dispatch for daily appointmentsfor the installersCoordinate the transportation of material andstage for installers to the customer's' premises.Ensure 100% successfully completed job tickets asscheduled by the installersTrack job ticket status to close leadsManage installer clusters to ensure the minimumobjective of 2 installations per day is feasibleApprove additional installation material beyond standard kit or collectionof additional installation payment from customerEnsure all installers have KYC Kits to complete customer on-boarding +Toolbox for physical installation workEnsure accessories and device collection is done from assigned stockpick up point as needed by the installersReconcile inventory and accessories picked vs deployed by installers Daily tracking of team members attendance in gatemeeting and prospects logged requirementDaily tracking of lead closure and installation fulfilmentDesign PJP (Route plan) within territory +conduct one gate meeting/ day with assigned Installers to ensure ways of workgovernance metrics are in place.Reconcile paid tickets not fulfilled within 24 hours and callcustomer/ installation head for closureProvide Reports of Works done with the corresponding time sheet fordaily submission. Sign off return/ refund on failed customer acceptance of installationTracking job ticket status Supervise completion of tasks within the allottedtime frame for the installersResponsible for onboarding and training the installers Conduct performance Management of the installersQualificationNetworks, Technical or electrical or equivalent qualificationProfessional Qualification in Project Management TechniquesIT Literacy and business education, an addedadvantage Able to operate in a performance drivenorganization Strong troubleshooting abilitiessplicing and racking abilitiesCustomer focusedProblem-solving skillsHigh personal standard and goal orientedExcellent interpersonal skillsExcellent and effective communications skills, both orally and in writingNegotiation and Advocacy skills
