JOB SUMMARY
Working ConditionsLocation: Nairobi, Kenya – On-siteSchedule:Monday to Friday | 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time – EST) Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in sales, with demonstrated phone conversion successClear, professional English communication with neutral or minimal accentEnglish-only roleConfidence explaining pricing, services, and processes Strong follow-up and relationship management habitsExperience working with Salesforce or other CRM systems High attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to manage and organize work across multiple systems (Salesforce, WellSky)Empathetic, professional approach when working with families and prospectsSelf-driven, consistent, and results-oriented professional
RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities Answer all incoming service inquiries by phone in a timely and professional mannerClearly and confidently explain service options, pricing, strengths, and value propositionConvert inbound calls into scheduled care consultations for the care advisory teamLog all inquiries, calls, and follow-ups accurately in SalesforceMaintain clean, detailed, and up-to-date records in Salesforce and WellSkyConduct follow-up calls with prospects to support the consulting and sales teamPerform Quality Assurance (QA) calls with existing clientsManage daily inbound and outbound phone communication for the teamCoordinate lunch & learn sessions with hospitals and community referral partnersSupport the marketing team by coordinating meetings and organizing materialsServe as the first point of contact for families and referral partnersSupport the sales team in an SDR-style role, focused on consistent activity and pipeline health
REQUIRED SKILLS
