Ujima Foundation, a sustainable urban development organization providing employability training to orphaned youngsters that are taking full responsibility for their younger siblings, is recruiting motivated people for Internship & Entry-level roles across Nakuru and Kisumu. Bring your skills, grow with us, and help young people and families build confidence, direction and independence.
The following are opportunities available at Ujima Foundation.

• Finance and Admin (Bookkeeper) Internship – Kisumu Keep accurate financial records, manage daily transactions and support budgeting and reporting.
• Employability Skills trainer Internship – 3 – 6 Months Run youth sessions on CV writing, interview preparation and workplace conduct.
• Social Worker Intern – Kisumu, 3-6 months Support case management and outreach, with assessments, referrals and follow-up.
• Nature walk guide Intern Lead guided nature walks for visitors and groups, sharing conservation knowledge safely.
• Social Media Marketer, EMPLOYMENT – Nakuru Create content that tells our story, grows our online presence and drives community engagement.
• Food & Beverage Service, EMPLOYMENT – Nakuru Support order taking and table service while keeping high hygiene and presentation standards.
• Grounds & General Maintenance, EMPLOYMENT – Nakuru Keep grounds and facilities clean, safe and well-kept, including landscaping and minor repairs.
• MEAL Officer, EMPLOYMENT – Kisumu Lead monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning across our programmes.
