JOB SUMMARY
You have:8+ years of relevant experience in sales or business development within the technology sectorStrong understanding of customer business models and industry trendsProven ability to identify and close new business opportunitiesExperience in preparing investment proposals and developing business modelsExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage with executive leadershipIt would be nice if you also had:Technical expertise in telecommunications solutions or related areasExperience in consultative selling and customer relationship managementAdvanced degree (Master's or equivalent) in Business, Engineering, or related field
RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and create new business opportunities across emerging markets, technologies, and customer segments.Develop and implement growth strategies to leverage market trends, ensuring strong positioning of Nokia's solutions.Engage with clients to understand their business drivers and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.Prepare investment proposals and contribute to innovative business models that drive sales impact.Lead local program execution, serving as the key interface for major accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.Drive initiatives for customer diversification, actively sharing best practices and fostering collaboration within the team.Design and implement tools and processes to support sales efforts and enhance operational efficiency.Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, influencing decisions and driving strategic alignment.
