JOB SUMMARY
We’re looking for a Senior IT Helpdesk Analyst to provide on-site and remote support for hardware, software, network configurations, Office 365, VoIP, and business applications. You'll manage incidents, troubleshoot complex issues, and support users—including C‑levels—with strong communication and advanced technical skills.🔧 Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure OS, drivers, BitLocker, EDR, .NET, Java, VPNsInstall and support advanced business appsTroubleshoot hardware, software & network issuesManage IT assets and ticket documentationAct as IT POC for small branchesProvide remote support via chat/calls🎓 RequirementsSenior-level IT experienceCollege degree or higherBased in Kenya (Nairobi or Remote)
