The role Holder will be responsible for driving revenue by selling Unified Email Collaboration and Platform solutions directly to the company’s most strategic and complex key accounts and manage a portfolio of up to 15 qualified large enterprise accounts, navigating long and complex sales cycles to close high-value deals

The ideal candidate must have IT Software background and a demonstrated track record of selling to listed companies with expertise at navigating "strategic and complex" environments where the requirements are high and the stakeholders are many


Academic & Professional Requirements


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, computer science, Sales and Marketing or any other related field.

Experience


  • 5–10 years of solution sales experience, including a minimum of 3 years managing strategic relationships with Global 1000 enterprise customers.

Technical Skills


  • Deep understanding of email platform products, services, and integrated collaboration tools.
  • Ability to sell and position intricate software systems to large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Expertise in developing and articulating both qualitative and quantitative business cases specifically for IT solutions.
  • Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools for accurate and timely sales forecasting.
  • Ability to effectively present and translate complex solutions to technical audiences.

Responsibilities & Requirements


  • Establish and maintain robust relationships at the executive level (CIO, Managing Director, and C-Suite) within assigned accounts to identify and close opportunities for E-Mail Platform products and services
  • Identify, develop, and execute comprehensive account strategies to drive adoption and revenue growth within enterprise accounts with complex requirements.
  • Meet or exceed established revenue quotas while demonstrating continuous progress toward long-term account objectives.
  • Partner with internal Presales, Marketing, Support, and Product Development teams to leverage appropriate resources for client success.
  • Carry and exceed a revenue quota through continuous progress on account strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and timely forecasts within the CRM and provide regular updates to senior sales management.
  • Identify, develop, and execute account strategies to drive adoption of E-mail Platform products and services.
