Our main aim is to inspire a healthy lifestyle by providing high quality dietary supplements, natural body care products, sports nutrition, organic nuts and seeds, gluten free & sugar free options as well as aromatherapy products.
The company intends to recruit a vibrant self-motivated nutritionist who will be instrumental in the achievement of the company’s strategic plan.

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a versatile and proactive IT Technician to joinour team. This is not your typical "behind-the-desk" IT role; youwill be the backbone of our technical operations, ensuring everything from ourcore network security to our high-end gaming systems and digital contentworkflows runs seamlessly.The ideal candidate is a technical "all-rounder" who is ascomfortable troubleshooting a server as they are setting up a PS5 or helpingwith a social media graphic. If you are tech-savvy, eager to learn ERP systems,and have a passion for diverse technology, we want to hear from you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Infrastructure & Security: Manage and maintain our networking systems and CCTV security to ensure a safe and connected environment.Gaming Systems Support: Provide hands-on technical support for gaming consoles (specifically PS4/PS5), ensuring optimal performance for users.Systems Administration: Oversight of general computer systems, hardware maintenance, and troubleshooting.Collaboration Tools: Set up and manage teleconferencing and digital collaboration tools to keep the team connected.Digital Media Support: Assist with content creation and digital media tasks, utilizing basic graphic design skills.ERP Management: Lead the administration and continuous learning of our ERP systems to streamline business operations.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: A Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field.Technical Experience: Proven hands-on experience in networking, CCTV systems, and general IT troubleshooting.Gaming Knowledge: Familiarity with gaming consoles (PS4/PS5 preferred) is a significant plus.Digital Literacy: Basic graphic design skills and a strong understanding of social media platforms.Cybersecurity: Solid knowledge of cybersecurity best practices to protect company data.Bonus Skills: Basic accounting knowledge or experience with QuickBooks/Excel will give you a competitive edge.How to ApplyInterested candidates who meet the above criteria should submit theirapplication including:An up-to-date CV.A brief cover letter clearly indicating your expected salary.Please send your application to jobs@healthcave.co.ke apply now.
