JOB SUMMARY
Sales Agent & Customer ServiceWe are looking for a customer service and inbound sales agent with experience in telephone sales, goal orientation, and the ability to handle a high volume of calls. The role focuses on retaining customers, selling memberships, offering guarantees, and maximizing revenue per call.Location: Nairobi, KenyaSalary: 55,500 KES per monthSchedule: Availability Monday through Sunday — Time slot 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. CST / 2 days off (1 weekday + 1 weekend, not consecutive)ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent customer service and promote renewals.Be available on the phone 82% of the shift.Make up to 3 rebuttals per call to reinforce the value of membership.Comply with the assigned schedule, including availability to work weekends.Record all interactions and activities in internal systems.RequirementsMinimum 6 months of experience in inbound telephone sales.Excellent attitude.Ability to handle 4 calls per hour, averaging 40 calls per day.Organization, follow-up, and focus on metrics.High tolerance for pressure and results-oriented.
