KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and online platforms
- Conduct cold calling and follow-up calls to potential clients
- Respond to inquiries from social media, website, and advertising campaigns
- Maintain and update a database of leads and prospects
- Qualify leads before handing them over to the sales team
- Schedule appointments for the Business Development and Sales teams
- Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly lead activity
- Research potential markets, estates, and corporate clients
- Support digital marketing campaigns with lead follow-ups
- Ensure timely response to all inbound inquiries
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1–2 years experience in lead generation, telesales, or customer service (preferred)
- Good communication and telephone etiquette
- Basic computer skills (Excel, email, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools)
- Ability to handle pressure and meet daily targets
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills
