KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and generate new business leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and online platforms
  • Conduct cold calling and follow-up calls to potential clients
  • Respond to inquiries from social media, website, and advertising campaigns
  • Maintain and update a database of leads and prospects
  • Qualify leads before handing them over to the sales team
  • Schedule appointments for the Business Development and Sales teams
  • Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly lead activity
  • Research potential markets, estates, and corporate clients
  • Support digital marketing campaigns with lead follow-ups
  • Ensure timely response to all inbound inquiries


REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 1–2 years experience in lead generation, telesales, or customer service (preferred)
  • Good communication and telephone etiquette
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, email, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools)
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet daily targets
  • Strong follow-up and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and disciplined
