Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for United States–based positions. The Recruiter will actively source candidates using Hirefinder and other job boards while ensuring a high-quality hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from job intake through offer acceptance
• Source and engage candidates using Hirefinder and additional job boards
• Post and promote job openings to maximize candidate reach
• Review resumes, screen candidates, and evaluate qualifications
• Coordinate and conduct initial candidate interviews
• Partner closely with Team Leads and Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs
• Track recruiting activity and performance through reports and metrics
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment platform
• Ensure timely follow-ups and deliver a positive candidate experience
• Meet or exceed monthly submission and hiring targets

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist (US market preferred)
• Hands-on experience with recruiting platforms and sourcing tools
• Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruiting metrics
• Strong organizational and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting high-volume roles
• Familiarity with ATS systems and job board management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
