JOB SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES

Learn and Grow as a DeveloperParticipate in hands-on training and mentorship with experienced developersLearn the tools, systems, and workflows used across the development teamBuild skills in web development, automation, debugging, testing, and AI-assisted workflowsContinuously strengthen both technical and professional capabilitiesSupport Web, Automation, and AI ProjectsContribute to internal web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworksAssist in maintaining and improving applications built on modern web and backend platformsSupport automation initiatives and RPA-related workflows with team guidanceParticipate in projects that integrate AI capabilities into internal tools and business processesUse AI tools responsibly to assist with research, prototyping, documentation, testing, and development activitiesCollaborate with Cross-Functional TeamsWork closely with developers and business teams on project tasks and deliverablesParticipate in team meetings, planning sessions, and code reviewsAsk thoughtful questions, apply feedback, and contribute ideas for continuous improvementHelp identify practical opportunities to improve workflows using automation and AIHelp Maintain Quality and DocumentationAssist with troubleshooting bugs and resolving application issuesSupport testing, QA, deployment, and monitoring activitiesCreate and maintain technical documentation and process notesDocument repeatable workflows and internal best practices
