Compensation: Ksh 40,000 plus commissions on sales.

Swemi Tech is a leading provider of solar installation services and other tech services such as CCTV, biometric, automated gates and alarm systems installations in Nairobi, Kenya.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who can sell our products and services to residential and commercial customers, as well as educate them on the advantages and incentives of going solar. The individual will be based in our Syokimau or Westlands Branch in Nairobi.
As a Junior Solar and Tech Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for:
● Generating leads and prospects through various channels such as referrals, networking, online marketing, etc.
● Conducting site assessments and surveys to determine the suitability and feasibility of solar and security installations
●Preparing and presenting proposals and quotes to customers based on their needs and preferences
●Negotiating contracts and closing sales
●Following up with customers after the installation to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
●Providing feedback and reports to the management on sales performance and market trends
Requirements
● A Degree in a relevant field such as engineering, marketing, business, etc.
● At least three years of experience in sales, preferably in solar or tech industry
● A strong interest and knowledge of solar energy and technology
● A friendly, confident, and persuasive personality
● A high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethics
● A willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing situations
