iManage is recruiting on behalf of a leading client in the Manufacturing & Beverages industry, based in
Nairobi, Kenya. Our client — Wellshed Group Limited — is the company behind the premium lifestyle hydration brand, Grange Park. They are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Account Executive to grow their presence in Kenya's corporate and hospitality sectors.
THE ROLE
This is a field-based, revenue-generating role focused on building and expanding strategic relationships with corporate clients and high-end hospitality establishments, including hotels, restaurants, lounges, nightclubs, event venues, and wellness centres. You will be the face of the Grange Park brand in the market.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and onboard new corporate offices, hotels, restaurants, bars, lounges, nightclubs, cafés, gyms, and wellness centres
- Develop and nurture strategic relationships with hotel GMs, procurement managers, F&B managers, and hospitality operators
- Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets consistently
- Grow PET water, glass bottle water, and other product lines
- Manage and retain strategic accounts while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Support menu placements, activations, bottle-service promotions, and co-branded events
- Expand market penetration across Nairobi and major urban centres
- Prepare weekly sales reports, client visit summaries, and revenue forecasts
- Follow up on collections and ensure compliance with approved credit terms
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in FMCG, especially managing HORECA
- Existing relationships within the Nairobi hospitality sector is a strong advantage
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills
- Excellent relationship management and commercial awareness
- Professional grooming and a confident, client-facing demeanour
PERFORMANCE MEASURES
- Monthly revenue target achievement
- Number of new accounts onboarded each month
- Client retention rate of ≥ 90%
- Collections efficiency of 100%
- Growth in hospitality and glass bottle sales
