JOB SUMMARY
Tech Experts Houston is seeking a Lead Generation Associate to support marketing operations, CRM hygiene, lead routing, and the execution of outbound and email campaigns. This role is highly operational and requires exceptional attention to detail, clear communication, and strong organizational skills. The Lead Generation Associate works closely with sales, marketing, and service delivery teams to ensure leads flow smoothly across all stages of the revenue processIf you are detail‑oriented, systems‑driven, and enjoy being the operational backbone that keeps everything running efficiently, this role is essential to Tech Experts Houston’s growth.2 years of experience in marketing operations, CRM administration, sales operations, or campaign coordinationHands‑on experience using a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)Experience supporting B2B services, tech, or IT‑focused teamsExperience with security services, MSPs, or IT service providers (preferred)Comfortable with outbound communication and sales‑related activitiesStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without losing accuracyClear written and verbal communication skills2 years of experience in marketing operations, CRM administration, sales operations, or campaign coordinationHands‑on experience using a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)Experience supporting B2B services, tech, or IT‑focused teamsExperience with security services, MSPs, or IT service providers (preferred)Comfortable with outbound communication and sales‑related activitiesStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without losing accuracyClear written and verbal communication skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
