JOB SUMMARY
Qualifications:LLB Degree from a recognized university in KenyaAdvocate of the High Court of Kenya with a valid practicing certificateExcellent understanding of Kenyan laws and legal proceduresStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience:1-3 years of post-admission experience (preferably in a corporate, healthcare or law firm setup)Key Responsibilities:Provide legal support and advisory to the organizationDraft, review and vet contracts and agreementsEnsure compliance with legal and regulatory requirementsSupport in corporate secretarial and statutory compliancesMaintain legal records and documentation
REQUIRED SKILLS
Contractual negotiations, Commercial law, Contract drafting and preparation, Legal analysis
