JOB SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support Regulatory and Strategic affairs contract function in reviewing and advising on the day-to-day regulatory and contracting requirementsSupport in the implementation of the various standard and non-standard forms of contracts in accordance with the set contracting policiesNegotiate with external parties and assist with the finalisation and execution of provisioning contracts relating to all areas of the businessMonitor and track regulatory obligations across all operating jurisdictions, including licence conditions, reporting requirements, renewal timelines and statutory filings and advise internal stakeholders on compliance risks arising from new products, cross-border services, infrastructure deployments and market entry initiativesSupport and advise on any business development initiatives, e.g., partnerships, potential network acquisition projects and corporate/asset acquisition projects; preparation and negotiation of all documentation relating to cable investment projectsSupport all bids – review and preparation of bid documentationSupporting the business functions with legal services
