Reporting to: Branch ManagerHours: 8:30 - 17:30, Monday- Friday, 9:00am-2:00pm on Saturdays and beyond when required Location: Nairobi and KiambuCompany Introduction We empower micro and small businesses in Sub-Saharan Africa to grow and succeed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through door-to-door marketing and cold calling• Establishing new business through lead generation (outreach and promotion) and closing sales.• Loan processing / Reviewing loan requests• Loan recovery• Assess client’s financial status• Evaluate credit worthiness and risks• Set up payment plans with customers• Follow up with customers about loan renewals• Monitor progress of existing loansQualification:• Must have a diploma in a Business-related course. • Proven experience as a sales Executive or relevant role• Experience with MS Office• Good understanding of Credit• Basic knowledge of Staff Relations• Organizational skillsPersonal Attributes • Ability to multitask and prioritize• Strong communication skills, engaging and presentation skills• Strong conflict management skills• Strong sense of ethics• Must be a team playerRelationships Performance review period: Initial 6-month probation.
