ABOUT THE COMPANY

In the year 2000, A group of friends came together and formed a social welfare group with the primary objective of supporting one another on social matters such as education, bereavements, weddings, and graduation ceremonies among others. 4 years later, the group decided to increase its activities to include an investment arm. With investment portfolio, a company was formally registered with a name of Springboard Holdings Limited with the same shareholders as in the welfare group. The shareholders increased their contributions by several folds to enable them aggressively venture into buying and selling of small parcels of land.

JOB SUMMARY

KEY QUALITIES,QUALIICATIONS &COMPETENCESA minimum of O’ Level (KCSE) academic qualification.Knowledge in Sales and Marketing, credit risk management, credit lending, will be an added advantage.Proficiency in computers.Ability to analyze and interpret financial statementsUnderstanding of microfinance/banking industry is an added advantage.Good interpersonal & communication skills with excellent customer service.A team player with the drive to improve sales performance.Persuasive with strong selling and negotiation skills,Self-driven and possess the ability to work with minimum supervision

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for marketing and selling of SBC products and services.Actively drive growth in customer numbers and ensure full adherence to the customer on- boarding Policies and ProceduresFacilitate recruitment and registration of new customers.Manage customer RelationshipsResponsible for customer loan evaluations.Stimulate client training on SBC policies, procedures and basic business skills, loans.Ensure customer retention through excellent customer service
