RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise and inspire a team of at least 10 active marketers or sales representativesAchieve monthly acquisition targets and grow a strong, sustainable loan portfolioConduct field activations and strategic client outreach initiativesMonitor documentation workflows, compliance, and client satisfactionCultivate branch-level leadership and uphold Mwananchi’s service excellence standards
