Job Title: Machine Operator -- Spraying Workshop

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator for our Spraying Workshop. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating production tasks, ensuring safe and standard operations according to SOPs, and maintaining the stable performance of workshop equipment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Execution & Coordination: Cooperate closely with workshop scheduling to advance production tasks smoothly, and maintain effective communication with associated departments to minimize production bottlenecks.
2. Data & Energy Tracking: Accurately record, compile, and monitor energy consumption data in the powder spraying workshop to ensure data validity and support efficiency analysis.
3. Standardized & Safe Operation: Conduct operations strictly in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines. Proactively propose operational improvements while strictly adhering to authorized processes.
4. Skill Development & Safety Culture: Actively participate in skills training to continuously improve personal safety awareness, quality standards, and multi-functional capabilities.

Job Requirements

1. Education: Highschool certificate or above.
2. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the detergent/washing powder manufacturing industry (exceptional experience in chemical manufacturing may also be considered).
3. Equipment & Maintenance Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical equipment—specifically pumps, tanks, and large belt conveyor systems—with the capability to design and implement CILT (Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication, Tightening) inspection standards to ensure equipment stability.
4. Systems & Standards: Clear understanding of DCS (Distributed Control System) control room authority management and a solid grasp of 5S methodologies.
