QualificationsType of Qualification: First DegreeField of Study: Finance, Business, Economics or related filedProfessional Certifications: CPA/ACCAExperience Required5-7 years1. Intermediate knowledge and experience in;Knowledge of payment systemsKnowledge of settlements- deals, trade transactionsStakeholder engagements-senior levelExperience leading people2. Relevant recon experience within IPSS and a thorough understanding of systems, processes and procedures to perform and manage reconciliations.3. Knowledge of Machine learning, SQL/Python and use of large language models is an added advantage.4. Experience in stakeholder Management.
