Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketer based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, analyzing market trends, and identifying growth opportunities to drive business development. The role also involves coordinating promotional campaigns, managing relationships with clients and partners, and monitoring the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Compensation: Commission-Based

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Digital Marketing, including social media management and online advertising
• Experience in Marketing Strategy, Brand Development, and Campaign Planning
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills for client and partner relationship management
• Ability to conduct Market Research, analyze trends, and recommend data-driven strategies
• Exceptional Organizational and Project Management skills
• Knowledge of the travel, study abroad, or international work industry is an advantage
• Proficiency with relevant marketing tools
