Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and driven Marketers to join our team and handle the marketing efforts for our valuation services and property management. As a Marketer, you will be responsible for promoting and generating business for these services, attracting clients, and establishing strong relationships to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a solid background in marketing and sales, possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills, and is well-versed in marketing strategies and techniques specific to property valuation, agency (Sales & letting), management and motor vehicle valuation services.

Job Description/Requirements

Marketing Strategy and Planning:

● Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and plans for valuation services and debt collection.

● Conduct market research to identify target audiences, competition, and industry trends.

● Analyze customer needs and preferences to tailor marketing campaigns and messages effectively.

● Set clear marketing objectives, KPIs, and budgets for each division.


Lead Generation and Conversion:

● Generate leads through various channels, including direct marketing, digital advertising, networking events, and referrals.

● Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients interested in property valuation, agency(Sales & letting),  management and motor vehicle valuation services

● Identify and leverage opportunities to cross-sell services to existing clients.

● Convert leads into clients through effective communication, presentations, and negotiations.


Marketing Collateral and Content Creation:

● Develop compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, website content, and social media posts, highlighting the value and benefits of the services offered.

● Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and engaging marketing materials.

● Ensure consistency of brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.


Digital Marketing and Online Presence:

● Manage and optimize the online presence for vproperty valuation, agency(Sales & letting),  management and motor vehicle valuation services

● Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to execute effective campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.

● Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and implement innovative strategies to reach a wider audience.


Client Relationship Management:

● Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.

● Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure long-term partnerships.

● Stay connected with clients to provide updates on services, industry trends, and opportunities for collaboration.


Reporting and Analysis:

● Track and analyze sales performance, lead generation, and conversion rates.

● Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, presenting key findings and recommendations to the management team.

● Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify potential opportunities and threats.


Requirements:

● Degree or diploma in Marketing.

● Proven experience in marketing, preferably in property valuation, agency(Sales & letting),  management and motor vehicle valuation services for at least 2 years.

● Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques relevant to the targeted industries.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

● Demonstrated ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and close sales.

● Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

● Creativity and ability to develop compelling marketing content.

● Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail.

● Self-motivated and results-driven.

● Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
