• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising marketing campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
Duties and responsibilities
• Develop a good public relation environment through adoption of good communication and customer interaction.
• Participate in all marketing activities in the institution
• Research and analyze market trends with a focus on student admission trends in order to advise on promotional activities and inform decision making;
• Create and maintain customer engagement through effective communication and public relations.
• Handle and respond to enquiries and avail necessary information to the customers to increase the student enrolment.
• Provide support and guidance to the students to ensure that they are admitted for the right course.
• Track all potential applicants issued with admission letters for the realization of admission targets for all academic programs.
• Engage potential applicants via a call, online chat, email or face-to-face and provide information on the range of courses, the admissions process and requirements of the College;
• Provide response to e-mails, telephone calls, correspondences, and one-on-one enquiries to ensure that queries of prospective students are attended to promptly;
• To implement the marketing and communications strategy for the Institute.
• To participate in developing a marketing strategy and quality improvement plan in line with the marketing performance targets
• To build awareness of the institution and promote good relationships with other institutions or networks which can be helpful in attracting students.
• Contribute to the management of media relations and media coverage to strengthen the brand
• Advise and participate in event planning to improve audience experience and ensure the communication of key messages and appropriate brand values.
• Any other duties assigned to you from time to time.
Qualifications
• At least a Diploma in Marketing and Communication, public relations or a related field.
• Computer application skills.
• At least 2 years working experience in sales and marketing.
• Knowledge of latest digital marketing trends shall be an added advantage.
