Job descriptions & requirements

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support planning and execution of field marketing campaigns, activations, demonstrations, and roadshows

  2. Assist in coordinating farmer trainings, agrovet engagements, exhibitions, and promotional events

  3. Coordinate distribution, tracking, and setup of branding and marketing materials during field activities

  4. Conduct market visits to collect customer feedback, competitor insights, pricing trends, and market intelligence

  5. Build and maintain relationships with distributors, agrovets, retailers, and other field partners

  6. Maintain accurate records of activation schedules, attendance, marketing inventory, and field activities

  7. Collect, compile, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly field activity and campaign performance reports

  8. Support management and updating of CRM systems, databases, and digital reporting tools

  9. Maintain organized digital filing systems, shared drives, backups, and marketing documentation

  10. Provide basic IT and technical support, including assisting with software and hardware troubleshooting when required

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Agribusiness, Business Administration, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field

  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and field activation activities

  • Interest in agriculture, rural marketing, and agribusiness engagement

  • Basic IT proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, internet usage, and digital reporting tools

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Willingness to travel and participate in field activities across different regions

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
