Job Description/Requirements
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales both in-store and online.
- Manage and optimize social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
- Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns, including content creation and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce promotional materials and advertisements.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Plan and oversee in-store events and promotions to enhance customer engagement.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Maintain and update the company’s website with fresh content and promotions.
- Build and maintain relationships with media and advertising partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the retail or furniture industry.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
