We are a Property Management Company based in Nairobi Metropolitan
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in real estate, Sales and Marketing or related field
- Must be naturally good in marketing
- 2 years experience in Property Management Company-Marketing
- Must have excellent interpersonal communication and social skills.
- Must be passionate and pro active
- Must be fluent in verbal and written English and Swahili
- At least a C+ in KSCE
- Must be willing to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Be Computer proficient
- Be of utmost integrity
- Must be willing to work on a retainer plus commission
- Age 25-32 years
Job Responsibilities
- Getting new landlords/ clients on board
- To drive business growth in the relate estate field
- Advising the management on matters marketing and conducting marketing research
- Any other related responsibilities
