Job Title: Sales Executive – ONTAP HRMS (SaaS)

Salary: KES 20,000 per month + Commission
About the Role
ONTAP HRMS is a cloud-based Human Resource Management System developed by Belfor Tech Consultants to help organizations streamline HR operations, including payroll, attendance management, leave management, employee records, and performance tracking.
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell ONTAP HRMS to businesses across Kenya. The ideal candidate must have prior experience selling SaaS products and a strong ability to generate leads, conduct product demonstrations, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads from SMEs and corporate organizations.
- Present and demonstrate ONTAP HRMS to prospective clients.
- Explain product features and benefits to decision-makers.
- Prepare and deliver proposals and quotations.
- Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience in SaaS sales (mandatory).
- Experience in software, technology, or B2B sales.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
What We Offer
- Base Salary: KES 20,000 per month
