Job Description
- Lead overall Marketing and Communications strategy and execution.
- Plan and manage events, media activities, exhibitions, training sessions, and roadshows.
- Oversee brand management, ensuring consistent branding across all channels.
- Handle internal and external communications, including PR and media relations.
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies and campaigns to drive business growth.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to execute promotional activities effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand awareness and market presence.
- Deliver high-impact presentations to senior management and headquarters.
- Manage budget planning and tracking, including forecasting, backlog monitoring, and P&L oversight.
- Define, monitor, and optimize KPIs to ensure performance targets are achieved.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in marketing or communications.
- Strong understanding of the security industry/market is preferred.
- Demonstrates a high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and perform effectively under pressure.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Highly adaptable and agile, able to respond quickly to changing business needs.
- Willingness to undertake frequent business travel.
