Job Description/Requirements

• Overall brand custody to ensure consistency across all media and platforms

• Creation of relevant marketing content to support sales & brand awareness 

• Monitoring brand sentiment to identify potential risks and opportunities linked to the Eezy brand

• Media buy; collaborate with the media buyer to ensure fair value for money and set KPIs are met.

• Coordination of community management. 

• Maintain updated marketing calendars (Internal, external, SEO, & communications) complemented by action to realize business goals

• Coaching, training and developing the Marketing team to support long term career development and effective succession planning

• Drive the corporate & product brands category distinction, TOM awareness & credibility 

• Manage internal/external campaigns & the production/distribution of marketing collateral 

• Manage key brand touch points (Websites, intranet & social media) to ensure they effectively support the brand perception & support business objectives

• Manage the utilization of the marketing budget & effective 3rd party management to manage costs & delivery against defined monthly KPIs

• Monitor the impact of marketing strategies to ensure value and measure return on investment

• Growth in revenue attributable to strategic marketing actions 

• Positive and growing brand awareness

• ROI on marketing spend within approved budgets & cost savings against budget

• Business wide compliance to brand norms

• Compliance with all company / regulatory processes and procedures that support effective risk mitigation

• Marketing budget spend & ROI tracker (Monthly)

• Campaigns report & data performance (Monthly)

• Google business profile & website performance report (Monthly)

• Branded collateral stock position (Monthly)

• Production report (Monthly)

• Functional onboarding deck, team KPIs and JDs (evergreen)

• Model release forms & marketing assets repository (leadgen assets, content video, blog articles, MEMOs, etc) (evergreen)


Minimum Experience Required

• At least 3 years’ experience in marketing and brand management in a sales driven environment 


Minimum Level of Academic and Professional Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or business administration

• CIM Level 6 – Mandatory 


Technical Competencies Required

• Project Management 

• Creative writing

• Excellent communication/pitching skills

• Data analysis

• Research & brand management

• Social media management 

• Intermediate-level Excel skills
