Job Title: Marketing Specialist – Tiler Fundi Officer

Job Purpose

To drive brand loyalty, product adoption, and sales growth by managing tiler (fundi) engagement programs, including redemption schemes, trainings, and field activations. The role ensures effective execution of promotions, accurate tracking, and strong relationships with tilers across the region


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute the monthly tiler redemption plan in line with company systems and targets.
  • Manage gift procurement, tracking, delivery, and issuance to tilers; oversee inbound and outbound transfers.
  • Verify and ensure accuracy of redemption processes, including proper documentation and approvals.
  • Register new tilers into the system and ensure monthly barcode/driver collection targets are met.
  • Plan and conduct monthly tiler trainings (product knowledge, paving, installation techniques).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tilers to enhance brand loyalty and product preference.
  • Track and report on redemption performance, training attendance, and engagement metrics.
  • Coordinate logistics for trainings and activations (venues, materials, transport, and scheduling).
  • Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and field activations targeting tilers and contractors.
  • Gather market feedback, competitor insights, and tiler needs to inform marketing strategies.
  • Ensure proper handling and resolution of issues related to redemptions, gifts, or field activities.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM or system tools and submit timely reports to management.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing or any business-related field (preferred).

Work Experience

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a similar role or in sales/marketing.
  • Proven experience managing promotions, redemption programs, or field engagement activities.
  • Experience with system-based tracking, registrations, and training coordination.
  • Strong background in handling logistics, verification processes, and meeting targets.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (tracking, analysis, reporting).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging tilers and conducting trainings.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills for managing logistics and schedules.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in tracking and verification.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across regions.
