Job Summary: Our client is seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Specialist to support and execute our marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing digital platforms, designing marketing materials, coordinating campaigns, and supporting field marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Manage the company’s social media platforms, including TikTok and the company’s mobile app, ensuring consistent engagement and content updates.
  
• Design and produce both online and offline marketing materials on a daily basis, including posters, videos, billboards, and WhatsApp creatives.
  
• Oversee the management and proper use of marketing materials, including production (fabrication), distribution, and compliance with brand guidelines.
  
• Assist in organizing marketing campaigns and events, including registration follow-ups, supplier coordination, preparation of marketing materials, gifts, and venue arrangements.
  
• Conduct field visits to resellers and distributors to build relationships, negotiate placement opportunities, and ensure effective display of marketing materials such as posters and stickers in strategic locations.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• 
  
• Degree or Diploma Studies in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably within a related industry.
  
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar).
  
• Strong execution skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
