Responsibilities
- Design and coordinate HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Prepare layouts, specifications, and technical documentation
- Supervise mechanical installations — quality, compliance, and timelines
- Support procurement of mechanical equipment and materials
- Lead testing and commissioning of systems
- Troubleshoot and optimise system performance
- Prepare performance and commissioning reports
Qualifications
- Degree in the relevant discipline — non-negotiable
- 3+ years in construction or building services
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent design tools
- Demonstrable track record across design, procurement, QA/QC, and site execution
- Strong coordination, reporting, and problem-solving discipline
