RESPONSIBILITIES

ResponsibilitiesMedical Records Paralegal – support in managing medical records.RingCentral and Casee – extensive use of RingCentral telephone application and Casee case management system.Pending requests identification – identify pending medical records and/or billing requests based on Casee due dates.Facility identification – properly identify medical facilities/departments for verbal or written contact.Records review – locate, review, and interpret previously submitted medical records and billing requests for reference.Provider communication – initiate contact with medical providers via verbal or written communication.Data entry – memorialize details of communication or intended communication with medical providers.Follow-up scheduling – determine and set appropriate follow-up dates for pending requests.Paralegal reporting – identify and communicate to the assigned paralegal any scenario needing paralegal attention.
